Girl band norte-americana dos anos 1960 que influenciou várias bandas pop atuais, como o grupo britânico The Pipettes.
É impossível ouvir "Leader of the pack" e não reconhecer a música. Você pode até não se lembrar onde ouviu, mas com certeza a melodia não vai parecer estranha.
Pode-se dizer que foi uma banda à la beatles da primeira fase , só que com vocais femininos e com pequenas diferenças.
